Congratulations to Jai and Isabelle who both go through to the final.

Jai loves to make crispy cakes and these where exactly that! Delicious chocolate, coco pops with icing for stripes and mini smarties for eyes. They where a firm favourite of the judges and from the look on Jai’s face, he agrees.

Isabelle was inspired by a dessert she had on her Mum and Dad’s honey moon in Florida. These sponge cake Zebra domes are perfect for the Zebra challenge, complete with a chocolate mouse filling and melted chocolate on top. The judges said they look really difficult to make and made their mouths water
