13 for 13

What is 13 for 13?
This October we’re asking you to do 13 things for the 13 types of Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS).Whether it’s running 13 miles, holding a baking competition with 13 friends or doing 13 acts of kindness, you can do anything you like to raise funds to support people affected by the Ehlers-Danlos syndromes and hypermobility spectrum disorders (HSD), as long as it involves the number 13 – your imagination is the limit!

When is 13 for 13?
You can do your fundraising any time between 1st and 31st October.

Why should I take part in 13 for 13?
1 in 500 people are living with one of the 13 different types of EDS in the UK today. That’s why we’re asking you to do 13 for 13 this October, to get sponsored and help us reach our £13,000 target. With your help we can confront misunderstanding, challenge inequality and support people affected by EDS and HSD.
